Port Orleans Resort – Riverside, Alligator Bayou Section, Part 2

My husband and I enjoyed a lovely stay in the Bayou section. Our room was on the second story in building 24 (room 2440 to be exact). We found this to be an ideal location, as we had only a quick stroll to either one of the quiet pools or to the bus stop. This room was also a “corner room” which gave us the benefit of having two windows as opposed to one. This makes the room feel more spacious and airy. The rooms are not large (at around 314 square feet), but we found our room to be quite comfortable and cozy.

Woe is Me – Shii Ann is Gone
Jan0
I have entered into a week of mourning. My shining light, my beacon of hope, my reason for living had her fire extinguished and I sit here stunned, silent, alone, wallowing in the emptiness of my thoughts.
Actually, it really isn’t THAT bad. I mean, sure Shii Ann was a beauti’licious woman with intelligence and wit that I just entirely loved. I have even said that the show could be just her and I’d be entirely happy. I meant this. But let’s be a little realistic. Worshiping someone on a TV show is a little whacked.

To get the complete ways of living healthy not only do you have to learn the mind-body connection but to refuel your body and to live healthy you need to make sure you are eating healthy too. Good nutrition goes along with good mind power, because what you eat also effects your brain.

Hiking and Tramping. Part 2

It is important to pack things your kids like to eat. This is not the time for experimenting with food and taking the chance your kids will refuse to eat. Water and juice are excellent for hydration. Remind your little ones to drink often.

Traveling with children is an adventure all its own. You’ve finally arrived at your destination unscathed, now what to do? Adventure touring is possible with little ones, as long as you choose your activities wisely. Certainly bungee jumping is out of the question. However a family backpacking trip or day hike may be just the ticket.

Long viewed as a luxury in this country, it is truly a key to good health. Massage, which derives from the Greek word for ‘I knead,’ has been used throughout the world since ancient times.
