Hitting five cities in six days made for a tough week. It attacked both my exercising and my food. I was traveling each night until late. Typically, each morning I had early starts for work. This cramped the schedule for workouts. Traveling is especially hard on the diet. I watched what I ate, but it was difficult at times.
