You did a good job of keeping a food diary while still unpacking. You mentioned that you tracked saturated fat once. Do you have high cholesterol? People who are trying to lower their cholesterol need to keep their saturated fat intake to less than 10 percent of their total calories.

Hello,

We’re finally getting organized around here. We can find most rooms, and we have our kitchen back.

This week was better than last week. I spent more time at our gym. In addition to that, we went paddle-boating for a while. I also had to go to the capitol and drop stuff off three times this week.
